SPRAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: A sprayer is provided to prevent defect of mold caused by a carbide and vapor inflow and to inject a certain amount of a molding material into a metal mold hollow. CONSTITUTION: The sprayer is composed of: a cylinder(1) having a splaying nozzle in one end; a plunger(2) sliding in a shaft direction in the opposite position to the spraying nozzle inside the cylinder; and a driving device(3) moving the plunger forward and rearward. The cylinder has a part(12) providing the molding material between the sliding position and the spraying nozzle. The molding material is sprayed to a hollow(301) of a metal mold(300) contacting to the spraying nozzle by compressing the molding material as moving the plunger, and the plunger has a groove(211) extended along the surface of an outside circular wall in a circular shape.
