LAMINATING-TYPE INDUCTOR ARRAY

PURPOSE: A laminating-typed inductor array is provided that each inductor has a same inductance regardless of a forming position inside a laminating body. CONSTITUTION: The laminating-typed inductor array contains; insulating sheets(21, 22, 23) formed inner conductors(26a¯28b, 26b¯28b) on the surface; a laminating body(30) formed by inter-laminating another insulating sheet formed the inner conductor on the surface and a sheet for protecting. When the distance between the section lengthwise the laminating body and the inductor closed to the section is established under the certain value, the inner conductor forming the inductor in the section is extended in a zigzag line toward the inner conductor inside.
