PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo lithography method for shaping a transparent shaped article reduced in warpage, and the shaped article produced thereby. SOLUTION: When an object having at least one plane and a plane (a-surface) wherein the area of the plane is 30% or more of a projection area when the plane is projected on the projection surface of the plane from the normal line direction thereof is shaped by a stereo lithography method and one of the a- surface of this object is set to an A-surface, the normal line direction (Z-axis direction) of the A-surface is set to a shaping direction and the layer (B-layer) shaping the A-surface is laminated so as not to become the final order in the whole laminating order and the thickness of the B-layer is set to 1.1-10 times that of the respective layers laminated on and after the B-layer and exposure is performed so that lights inducing curing do not cross each other at least within the plane of the B-layer.
