PURPOSE: A collector is provided to collect a coating material that flows from a coater by a disconnection of wire of an optical fiber when the optical fiber is output. CONSTITUTION: The coating material collector comprises:a disconnection sensor(214) outputting a disconnection sensing signal by sensing the disconnection of the optical fiber; a pneumatic apparatus(218) supplying air pressure according to the disconnection sensing signal; and a cylinder(220) inputting the coating material to the lower coater(202) by driving the coating material collector according to the supplied air pressure.
