PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heating medium in a jacket chamber from splashing to outside a roller body in the even of breakage of the jacket chamber resulting from abnormal rise of the medium temp. SOLUTION: In such a way that a jacket chamber 3 is interposed, a part having a smaller mechanical strength than the outer peripheral wall part 5 is provided in the inner circumferential wall part 6 of the jacket chamber 3. When the temp. of a heating medium in the jacket chamber 3 rises abnormally, the mentioned part with smaller mechanical strength breaks before the outer peripheral wall part 5 is broken. From the breakage, the heating medium spouts into the roller body 1, and thus the heating medium and fragments are prevented from splashing to the outside of the roller body 1.
