PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure by fitting first tracks to a vehicle, supporting second tracks on the first tracks longitudinally movably against the first tracks, and fitting lock devices provided on a fitting assembly to the second tracks. SOLUTION: A first track 30 and a second track 32 are provided on each side of a fitting assembly. The first track 30 is a lower track fitted and fixed to the frame of a vehicle, for example, and the second track 32 is an upper track supported on the first track 30 longitudinally movably against the lower first track 30. Lock assemblies 40 on the center side 28 of a vehicle body and on the outer side 29 of the vehicle body have lock pawls 34 supported on the upper second tracks 32. A towel bar 38 is connected to the lock assemblies 40, and it is accessible to a person seated on a seat 20 from the front of the seat 20 to release the lock pawls 34. A simple structure capable of adjusting the position of the seat 20 can be obtained.
