PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing metallic oxide nano pigment and acrylic ternary polymer is provided to protect skin, hair, cilia, eyebrow or mucosa against ultraviolet rays by reformating dispersibility of nano pigment in used carrier. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for light protection keratin material consisted of acrylic ternary polymer containing a) 20 to 70 weight% of carboxylic acid containing alpha, beta- monoethylene type unsaturated group, b) 20 to 80 weight% of non-surfactant containing monoethylene type unsaturated group unlike to said a), c) 0.5 to 60 weight% of nonionic urethane monomer as reaction product of monoisocyanate contained monohydric nonionic surfactant and monoethylene type unsaturated group, metallic oxide nano pigment in aqueous beauty solvent.
