PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which can accurately execute the control coping with abnormality while preventing unnecessary power supply as much as possible. SOLUTION: A control means C is the controller which is so constituted that it may execute the operation control to control the operation of electric operation parts 7 and 14 in the power supply state and may execute the control coping with abnormality in accordance with abnormality discrimination. A controlled switching means S is provided which intermits power supply to the control means C from a power source D and is opened/closed based on an operation command of the control means C, and the control means C issues the operation command for the power non-supply state to the controlled switching means S when executing the operation control as normal because of abnormality non-discrimination but issues the operation command for the power supply state to the controlled switching means S so as to keep the state of power supply to the means C itself when executing the control coping with abnormality because of abnormality discrimination.
