PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattling of a clip used for installation of a part or the like to be attached to a car body or the like, and stabilize the part or the like. SOLUTION: In a clip structure in which a pair of elastic lock legs 43a, 43b of a clip 4A provided with the elastic lock legs 43a, 43b facing each other are flexed in opposite directions to be inserted into a rectangular hole 6 formed in a counter member 5 to lock the elastic lock legs 43a, 43b at mutually facing opening edges 61a, 61b of the rectangular hole 6 by their reaction force, engagement surfaces 45, 46 to be applied to the opening edges 61a, 61b, 62a, 62b on both sides of corner angles 60a, 60b as diagonal corners are respectively formed in outer side surfaces of the elastic lock legs 43a, 43b. The engagement surfaces 45, 46 of the elastic lock legs 43a, 43b are respectively applied to the opening edges 61a, 61b, 62a, 62b on both sides of both corner angles 60a, 60b of the rectangular hole 6 to regulate reaction force both in vertical and lateral directions of the rectangular hole 6.
