PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a stirring portion from a mold without breaking the stirring portion and deforming the stirring portion by making a tip end of a bearing cylinder portion of the stirring portion to a fitting portion having a big diameter and making a stepped surface of the bearing cylinder portion with the fitting portion having a big diameter to a slant surface. SOLUTION: In this damper, a viscous fluid 7 is enclosed in a container constituted by a body 1 and a cap 6 and a stepped portion 5 of an inner diameter 3 of a tip end fitting portion of a bearing cylinder portion 4 of the stirring portion 2 and the inner diameter 3 of the bearing cylinder portion 4 of the stirring portion 2 is formed by a slant surface having an angleαof 30 deg.-88 deg. against an axis. When the angleαof the slant surface is less than 30 deg. against the axis, the shaft body is easily slipped off and when the angleαexceeds 88 deg., a phenomenon of damaging and deforming of the stirring portion 2 is appeared without almost changing the phenomenon in the case of a rectangular shape. The more preferable range is 45 deg.-85 deg. against the axis. Thereby, since an inconvenience of damage and deform of the stirring portion 2 during molding is solved and is not turned over, a viscous fluid damper having a good productivity can be provided. |
