PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition capable of providing a molded product improved in coating properties with a coating material without deteriorating antistatic properties, transparency, etc., by including a polyether-modified polysiloxane composition in a polyolefin resin composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by including (B) 0.0001-50 wt.% of a polyether-modified polysiloxane composition having >=500 average molecular weight, >=4 value of hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB) and further >=10 wt.% average content of Si atoms based on 1 molecule in (A) one or more kinds of polyethylene, polypropylene or an ethylene-olefin copolymer. A surface modifying treatment such as ozone treatment, corona discharge treatment or flame treatment can be used for a molded product prepared by molding the composition to thereby improve the adhesion to a coating material or an ink. Thereby, a packaging or an industrial film, etc., improved in especially coating properties and printing performances with a water-based coating or a water- based, ink can be obtained.
