PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus in which a user anxious for health can easily select a menu serving to maintain the health and hence can cook without failure. SOLUTION: There is provided a health menu key 1 having as a designation a nutrient required for maintaining health or usefulness in view of health possessed by various foods and cooking methods in an operation section 4. When there is selected one key among a plurality of menu keys 1 concerning health provided in the health menu key, a plurality of receipts are shown on a display section 3. When a desired key is pushed among the health receipts, desired cooking is automatically achieved.
