The eccentric fitting has an eccentric with jacket surface and at least one endface, and an eccentric bearing round the jacket surface of the eccentric. The eccentric rolling or slip bearing (5) goes round at least one endface of the eccentric, which may consist of a drive shaft (4) and an eccentric ring (2) or journal. If the bearing is a rolling one, it consists of a bearing housing (1) and balls or rollers (3), for which the housing forms a cage.
