PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate mount connector which is formed from a sheet of a metal board, has a simple structure and an absorbing function of a positional error. SOLUTION: A substrate connector 1 is constructed such that legs 4 for surface mounting which are suspended from four corners of an almost rectangular fitting surface 2, and an aperture 12 is formed at the fitting surface 2. Contact pieces 8, 8 are projected from the outside of the fitting surface 2 toward the inner and downward direction so as to form opposed contact parts 10a. A guide part 14 which is inclined downward is formed at the inner edge of the aperture 12, and an inserted tab terminal is guided by the guide part 14 in the case that its positioning is slightly deviated. The tab terminal is abutted against the fitting surface 2 in the case that the positioning of the tab terminal is largely deviated, and thus a deformation of the contact piece 8 is prevented. |
