Process for manufacturing pieces with imitation natural stone, especially sandstone, by means of the pouring into a mould of a mixture based on cement and aggregate, which mould is composed of an elastically deformable inner wall and a rigid outer wall. The inner wall is shaped by means of moulding on a model 1 obtained from the natural stone to be imitated, based on an elastomer 4. A piece is obtained which is equivalent to the hollow 3 which will be fixed via its outer surface to the rigid outer wall. <IMAGE>
