PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of an operator in retrieving and exchanging processing by designating plural stored document data to be the object of retrieving and exchanging so as to execute retrieval and exchange to plural designated document data. SOLUTION: In the case of retrieving 'from a file' (S1), document data within a designated folder is retrieved (S2). Found document data are read in (S4) to set a retrieval starting position (S5). Retrieving processing concerning whether document data is coincident with an inputted character string is executed (S6) and in the case of being not coincident (S7), the starting position of retrieval is advanced by the portion of one character (S18). In the case of being coincident (S7), the character string is inversely displayed (S8). In a case when an exchanging character string exist (S9), an exchange confirming dialogue is displayed (S10). The exchanging processing of the character string is executed (S13), and processing capable of advancing the retrieval starting position is executed (S17). When a retrieving range is already finished (S19), processing is finished in the case of the retrieval of a 'current document' (S20). |
