<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chain propagation of an automatic warehouse in a fully filled condition in rack management for the automatic warehouse by transporting works according to higher priority if there are multiple types of works and a number of processes. SOLUTION: Among cassettes required for transportation, ones that an automatic warehouse at a destination is nearly in a fully filled condition and ones that a starting time for processing exceeds a certain time at present are excluded to determine the transportation in order from ones that a starting time for processing is earlier in the next process. If a sufficient automatic warehouse with the number of empty racks exceeding a certain number exists and if there are a sufficient number of empty racks in the automatic warehouse 2 at a destination, ones are transported to the automatic warehouse at the destination according to predetermined priority and if there are no sufficient number of empty racks in the automatic warehouse at the destination, ones are transported to another automatic warehouse with a maximum number of empty racks.</p> |
