PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in the freedom of a transmission distance by eliminating a difference in the delay time of signal (data) transmission caused by the connecting positions of terminals. SOLUTION: Between a control unit 1 and a terminator 2 respectively connected to both the terminals of a transmission line L1, the terminator 2 connected to the terminal part of the transmission line L1 is provided with a system clock generating circuit 20, a master clock S1 to be outputted from the system clock generating circuit 20 and a frame synchronizing signal S2 for synchronizing data S20a and S60a are respectively transmitted to plural terminals 3a, 3b...3n connected through a bus to the control unit 1 and transmission line L1 and only when the terminal detects the frame synchronizing signal S2, the control unit 1 sends up data S60a. Thus, polling from the control unit 1 is synchronized with the master clock S1 and frame synchronizing signal S2 from the terminator 2, and the plural terminals 3a, 3b...3n are operated for each frame in time division manner.
