DEVICE FOR MAKING PERFORATION PASSAGES IN CASING STRING OF WELL

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular body which carries hydraulic cylinder case adapted for advance movement. Seated inside hydraulic cylinder case is piston. Hydraulic cylinder is connected with wedge-type pusher which is enclosed in tail-piece and is provided with position lock. Lock is adapted for advance movement for cutting perforation holes in string and productive reservoir. It also ensures reverse movement of piston for returning device to initial position. Tail-piece is attached to piston by means of shear pin. Position lock is made in the form of spring ring which can be disengaged from tubular body when pressure is built in hydraulic cylinder space with piston moving downwards and attaching tubular body with piston at lifting of tubular body. Each cutter holder can directly interact with inclined surface of wedge-type pusher. Aforesaid embodiment of device is very efficient in functioning. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
