PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the dimensional precision in the dimension management between a facing member and a terminal connector and to reduce the cost by fixing a wire protecting facing member to a wire bundle on which a connector supported by a wire holding jig stood on a wiring board is mounted through a dimension management jig having a prescribed dimension. SOLUTION: A wire holding, jig 50 consisting of a U-shaped bar 51 and a strut 52 is stood on a wiring board 500 for wire harness, and a wire bundle 55 having a terminal connector 56 mounted thereon is supported by its wire bearing part 50A. A wire harness dimension management jig 100 connected to the wire holding jig 50 by a cord 4 is mounted on the wire bundle 55. This dimension management jig 100 is formed by curving and bending a synthetic resin plate into substantially a cylinder, and it has an insert port 2 provided through a throttled part, and a flat part mounted on the opposite side. Its axial length is set to a prescribed dimension considering the thickness of the U-shaped bar 51. Each wire W is pushed to a wire holding part 1A through the insert port 2, and the end part 57a of a protecting tube 57 is brought into contact with one end of the dimension management jig 100 and fixed by a tape T. |
