PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture efficiently and stably a resin multilayer molded part of superior surface decoration performance provided with the soft feeling and cushioning properties as well as the touch feeling, quality feeling and the like. SOLUTION: First layer molten resin forming a core material is injection filled into a mold space formed of a movable mold and a fixed mold in the preset first mold clamped state, and then both molds are separated relatively and retained at the given mold opening amount set value, and a skin material is interposed between a first layer filler material and the molds. Successively second layer molten resin forming an intermediate material is injection filled into a space formed by the first layer filler material and the skin material in the preset second mold clamped state, and then at the point of time when the temperature monitor value reaches the preset temperature in a temperature zone representing the rubber-like elasticity of the skin decorative material, a clearance corresponding to the thickness of the skin material decorative layer is formed between the skin material and the molds and retained for the set time. |
