<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter capable of supplying a suitable low pressure gas to gas equipment even if gas pressure introduced form a gas pipe becomes a high pressure and eliminating adverse affect to detecting flow quantity by pressure fluctuation on the upstream side. SOLUTION: The gasmeter comprises a shut-off valve 43 that shuts off gas flow in flow passage between a gas inlet 41 and a gas outlet 42, a governor 44 that absorbs pressure fluctuation of an upstream side from the gas inlet 41 and maintains gas pressure of a downstream at a predetermined pressure, a flow sensor 50 detecting flow quantity in a flow passage through the governor 44. The gas pressure of the downstream of the gasmeter can be maintained the predetermined low pressure suitable for the gas equipment by the governor 44 installed at the upstream of the flow sensor in the flow passage, and also, adverse affect to the flow sensor is arranged at the downstream of the governor can be eliminated by function the governor absorbing the pressure fluctuation occurs at the upstream. An error is eliminated from the detecting flow quantity by the flow sensor without transmitting gas flow fluctuation as the pressure fluctuates.</p> |
