摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the high frequency component of the odd function part of signal waveform in the time domain of an analytical object with high accuracy by making the upper limit frequency component of the even part zero without making the upper limit frequency component of the odd part in the frequency domain zero. SOLUTION: A signal st (1T) in the time domain is a periodic function of a period 1/F in which a sampling points on the time base in the time domain T/2+nT ((n) is an integer). A signal st (mF) is a periodic function in which the real part and the imaginary part repeats inversion in every period 1/T on the frequency axis in the frequency domain. A sample function N for one period component of the signal st ((1+1/2) T) in the time domain and for one period component of the signal st (mF) in the frequency domain, a fixed time interval T and a fixed frequency interval F have the relation 1/N=T×F. In the periodic function of the signal st (mF) in the frequency domain, the real part is an even function whose component is zero at 1/2 T+n/T on the frequency axis and the imaginary part is an odd function whose component is zero at n/T on the frequency axis.</p>
