<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig, with which the main body portion of a ring can be uniformly expanded over the whole, no unwanted unevenness for hindering the flow of a liquid or lowering the strength of the ring is formed, and with which an operation from the end of a pipe to its inner part becomes easy. SOLUTION: A sleeve 10 is rotatably inserted in a shaft 11. At the tip parts of the sleeve 10 and of the shaft 11, an expanding ring 16, which is formed by cutting a cylinder open, is provided outside the sleeve and the shaft under the condition that both the cut-open ends of the expanding ring 16 are respectively fixed to the sleeve 10 and to the shaft 11. In addition, at the rear end parts of the sleeve 10 and of the shaft 11, a pivoting means 18 for relatively pivoting both the sleeve and the shaft, is provided.</p> |
