Monolithic integrated circuit for charge pump circuit

The semiconductor circuit arrangement includes monolithically integrated circuits and a likewise monolithically integrated voltage pump circuit (1) for producing a larger pump voltage (Vpp) for the supply of the monolithically integrated circuits. The voltage pump circuit comprises a charge pump with a charge capacitance (2) and a switch arrangement controlling the charge pump. The charge pump is directly supplied with an external supply voltage (Vccl) for the production of the pump voltage. The switch arrangement comprises preferably a switching device (T1) which connects the charge capacitance during a predetermined time interval with the external supply voltage.
