TUNNELING MACHINE

摘要

FIELD: mining; applicable in driving of mine workings by tunneling machines with selective breaking of rocks of tunnel face. SUBSTANCE: tunneling machine includes boom-like actuating members, loading mechanism in the form of inclined table with gathering arms and centrally located flight conveyor, support-swinging device, caterpillar moving mechanism and electrohydraulic control system. Support and swinging device is made in the form of vertical supporting post immovably mounted on tunneling machine frame. Boom-like actuating member is secured to frame by means of bracket and two hydraulic jacks. Bracket and hydraulic jacks are connected with supporting post by cardan joints with limited angular turning of actuating member in vertical and horizontal planes with synchronization and opposing motion of hydraulic jacks. EFFECT: reduced specific quantity of metal and simplified design of support and swinging device for boom-like actuating member of tunneling machine. 2 dwg
