COMPOSITION FOR RESIN-BONDED MAGNET AND MANUFACTURE OF RESIN-BONDED MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for resin-bonded magnet having superior magnetic characteristic, respectively high degree of freedom in shape freedom, moldability, and high heat resistance. SOLUTION: A resin-bonded magnet is composed of magnetic powder coated with a phosphoric acid or phosphate compound and a binder component containing a thermosetting resin. The binder component is obtained by injecting a composition having kinetic viscosity of 500-3,000 mPa.s at some temperature between -20 deg.C and 150 deg.C into a mold at a temperature of 150 deg.C and successively thermosetting the composition in the mold at a temperature of <=150 deg.C.
