PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flat type wire from running on the end portion of a flat type coil which has been wound, by performing winding while a pressing member pressing the flat type coil to be wound around a winding shaft in the shaft center direction of a winding shaft is vibrated. SOLUTION: When winding is performed, a tip part of a flat type wire 3 is fixed to a winding shaft 2 which is attached, or correctively attached, or detachably attached to a winding member 1. By rotating a rotation shaft in the direction shown by an arrow R, the winding shaft 2 and the winding member 1 are rotated, and at the same time, winding is performed with a specified tension P applied to the flat type wire 3. At the time of winding, by intermittently applying a current to a coil 18 of an electromagnet 15 with a power supply 16, magnetic attractive force due to the electromagnet 15 and repulsive force due to a spring 14 are alternately acted on a vibrating plate 13 as a magnetic plate. As a result, the vibrating plate 13 vibrates in the shaft center direction of the winding shaft 2 which is shown by an arrow ΔX, and a pressing member 5 fixed to the vibrating plate 13 vibrates. |
