<p>The valve has a filter and a bypass restricting orifice which connects the inlet (12) to the pressure chamber (50). The filter includes a filter ring extending in the circumferential direction and which is attached to the membrane (18) and installed adjacent to its periphery. The filter ring has a number of filtering slots spaced in the circumferential direction and which are in communication with the inlet, and a circumferential channel to connect the slots. A restricting orifice is in communication with the channel and slots.</p>
