PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the unevenness of the maximum breaking load and the mean breaking load, to secure a stable shock absorbing property and to secure the durability as a lever mount bracket supporting device. SOLUTION: A lever mount bracket 2 to support a shift lever 1, and an auxiliary vertical pillar 11 to be a car body side base member at the car room front part 6, are connected by a cone surface forming member 23 which is connected to a pipe 22 and the end of the pipe 22, and plastic deforms the end in the pipe expanding direction when an excessive load is applied, and the pipe 22 is formed by impregnating an ortho-phthalic acid-based unsaturated polyester resin, to a triple ring form core member which consists of a glass continuous fiber random mat member; a glass continuous fiber pipe shaft direction member at the outer side; and a glass continuous fiber random mat member at the outer side. |
