FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable softened water up to 45% strength. Preliminarily dissolved in softened water mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate in ratio 1:1 is introduced in the solution. Then, the solution is cleaned through activated carbon, aromatic alcohol of pine tree buds is introduced in it, filtered and bottled. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: citric acid, 0.2-0.4; sodium bicarbonate, 0.2-0.4. Vodka also has, l: aromatic alcohol of pine tree buds, 7-8; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable softened water, the balance up to 45% strength. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas enriched by complex of biologically active substances with slight resinous-pear tint, and storage of this complex during storage time. 1 tbl, 3 ex
