摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease overhead during data transfer and to decrease the deceleration of data transfer rate by providing a control part, with which a memory part and a buffer part are controlled, and using the control part by providing the buffer with respective sector addresses corresponding to one cluster of the memory. SOLUTION: A control part 4 controls a memory 6 corresponding to a command for commanding data read and write or the like to the memory 6 and the respective control signals of address data from a host system device 10. A buffer 5 is provided with a memory capacitance for one cluster, and the control part 4 is used while allocating respective sectors and sector managing areas so that the buffer 5 can be constituted equally with the cluster of the memory 6. Thus, since data are transferred for the unit of a cluster between the buffer 5 and the memory 6, in comparison with the case of data transfer for the unit of a sector, the overhead during data transfer is decreased and the deceleration of data transfer rate can be decreased.</p>
