PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a rewrite processing with a program and to improve a work efficiency by inputting the entry area of an inputting document and the outputting area of an outputting document corresponding it with a tablet inputting means. CONSTITUTION:The entry area of the inputting document and the outputting area of the outputting document corresponding to it are inputted by a tablet inputting means 1 while the displaying picture of a displaying device 2 is seen. Data in relation to the inputted respective areas are processed by a data processing means 3, the entry area and the outputting area are corresponded, simultaneously made into prescribed outputting data, this outputting data are outputted to a document rewriting device 4 or another storage device and registered. Thus, the specification of the outputting area is made unnecessary to execute by rewriting from the respective entry areas of the inputting document with the program and the work efficiency is improved. |
