PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroplastic rotary molded form and the manufacturing method thereof, in which foaming or deformation will not be generated in an insert unit upon rotary molding and, further, rust of dies will not be adhered to the insert unit while fusion welding between the soluble fluoroplastic rotary body and the insert unit can be made rigid. SOLUTION: A fluorooplastic rotary molded form is obtained by melting heat soluble fluoroplastic in a molding die 3 and molding the same through rotary molding while an insert unit 1 is integrated with a molded part 2. In this case, the insert unit 1 is constituted of tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro (alkylvinyl) ether copolymer resin, containing only 3 ppm or less of extractable fluoride ion in weight and stabilized. |
