PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for both air-blasting and power generation capable of preventing an agricultural crop such as tea from being damaged by frost and/or freeze and further capable of allowing a fan-blower to be converted into a means for generating electric energy by installing a weather- judging part, and utilizing a wind generator as the blower driven by a motor in the case of a prescribed weather condition. SOLUTION: This apparatus utilizes a wind generator as a blower driven by a motor in the case of a prescribed weather condition by installing a weather-judging parts 10a to 10n in a wind generating apparatus. Preferably, the controller of the motor and that of the generator are the same controller, and the controller of the motor and that of the generator is realized by a software program. |
