PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound derivative, comprising a specific sydnone imine derivative or its pharmceutically acceptable salt, having excellent vasodilator actions, suppressing actions, etc., on blood platelet aggregation and useful as a medicine, etc., such as a therapeutic agent, etc., for angina pectoris. SOLUTION: This new sydnone imine derivative is represented by formula I Z is a group represented by formula II [A is a (substituted) 1-6C alkylene; X is S(O)n [(n) is 0, 1 or 2] or a direct bond; R1 is a (substituted) 6-12C aryl, a (substituted)arylcarbonyl, an alkylcarbonyl, etc.], a (substituted)monocyclic heterocyclic ring, a (substituted)bicyclic heterocyclic ring, etc.; Y is a group represented by the formula W-R2 [W is S or O; R2 is a (substituted)arylcarbonyl, an alkylcarbonyl, etc.]; (m) is 1 or 2}, has vasodilator actions, suppressing actions, etc., on blood platelet aggregation and is useful as a medicine such as a therapeutic agent for angina pectoris.
