The tool is assembled of a shaft segment (10), a rotating ring (20), a stop element (30), a ratchet device (40), and a sliding sleeve (50). A handle (12) can be joined to the shaft segment (10) with a bolt guided through an opening in a joint element (11). When the handle (12) is used in order to move the shaft (10) and the ring (20) clockwise a spring supported spheroid (411, 412, 413) engages with one of three recesses inside the ring (20) causing the stop element (30) to rotate simultaneously and to avoid a meshing of the ratchet elements (40, 51). An anti-clockwise rotation results in an engaging of the two parts (40, 51) and facilitates the moving of a connected tool.
