SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic wave absorber has layer of radio-absorbing material applied to base in the form of sawtooth-shaped reflecting surface which is, essentially, series of right-angled scalene triangles with angle between long leg and height being 75-85 deg.; sawtooth-shape spatial period is chosen from range of values <EMI ID=0.107 HE=9 WI=27 TI=CHI>, where lambda - is incident beam wavelength; epsi - is relative dielectric constant of radio-absorbing layer; ?? - is relative magnetic permeability of radio-absorbing layer.
