<p>An oral preparation for removing deposits on surfaces in the oral cavity in conjunction with a toothbrush. The preparation includes at least one nonionic surfactant in a concentration range of from about 1.0 % to about 40.0 % by weight and at least one essential oil in a concentration range of from about 0.2 % to about 13.0 % by weight.</p>
