PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure for the dispenser of an automatic analyzer, capable of maintaining a predetermined sealing effect over a long period. SOLUTION: In the dispenser of an automatic analyzer which is so designed that a predetermined amount of liquid is sucked or discharged by the reciprocation of a piston 4 inside a cylinder 3, the abutting part 22 of an O-ring 21 is formed inside the cylinder 3, the O-ring 21 and a cylindrical sealing member 23 are fitted over the piston 4, and a coil spring 26 which normally activates the cylindrical sealing member 23 from the side from which the piston 4 is inserted is attached to the piston 4 and pressed by a nut member 28 fitted around the cylinder 3. |
