The invention concerns a plant for manufacturing gas, in particular hydrogen and oxygen, by electrolysis, comprising a bipolar electrolyzer (1) connected to a power supply unit (2), hydrogen and oxygen reservoirs (3 and 4) provided with pipeline for evacuating hydrogen and oxygen respectively, with devices for maintaining pressure (7), installed in said pipeline, and standby safety valves (8). The invention is characterised in that it is equipped with a sealed body (10), filled with hydraulic fluid, wherein are installed the electrolyzer (1), the hydrogen and oxygen reservoirs (3 and 4) and the standby safety valves (8). |
