The apparatus comprises an air channel (6) housing a sorption reactor (8) for reduction of air moisture and a filter (9) for removal of pollutants. The sorption reactor and the filter are arranged one after another with a intermediate space (10) between them in an adsorption air flow. A desorption air channel (11) enters into the intermediate space (10). The unit formed by the reactor (8) and the filter (9) is provided with closable openings (22, 23) which serve for removal of the desorption air.
