PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a message function of an automatic certificate issue system, to reduce work that is needed for a clerk to create a message and to improve service to students. SOLUTION: An automatic certificate issue system associates the school register number of a student with a mail ID. Also, a clerk creates a message to a student through a mail system. When a student uses the automatic certificate issue system, he inputs his school register number, then acquires his mail ID from the school register number and retrieves mails that arrives at the acquired mail ID. In the case of the existence of a mail, details of the mail are shown according to the instruction of the student. |
