PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable making the thickness of a toner layer on a developing roller uniform by preventing a deflection of a blade from occurring, and preventing the toner sticking on the blade length direction both end sections by constituting the toner controlling blade in the structure of holding the toner controlling blade between a pair of blade holders. SOLUTION: In this developing device, the toner controlling blade 1 is fixed on the developing device housing 24, by a pair of press blade holders 1b and the supporting blade holders 1c. These blade holders 1b and 1c hold the toner controlling blade 1 there between, and the toner controlling blade 1 is fixed on the developing device housing 24 by a fixing screw 1d which is penetrating these respective member and screwed-in the developing device housing 24. Then, with respect to the toner controlling blade 1 and the supporting blade holder 1c whose both end is respectively matched with, both ends of the press blade holder 1b are laminated so as not to cover on the end side of the toner controlling blade 1, and fixed on the developing device housing 24 by letting the auxiliary screw 1e penetrating through this part. |
