摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable machining by measuring the cut width of a machined slit or the hole diameter of a round hole and automatically registering the tool diameter correcting quantity arithmetically processed based on the measured cut width or hole diameter into an NC unit. SOLUTION: After a work W is irradiated with a laser beam from the laser beam machining head provided in a Y axis carriage to machine the slit or round hole to the work, the position of the machined slit or round hole is positioned right under the image pickup device unit provided in the Y axis carriage 15, a ring illumination 35 is turned on, a work presser is descended to press the work. Next, image data of the slit or round hole are incorporated with an image incorporating camera 25, image data are sent to an image processing device, the cut width or hole diameter processed arithmetically from these image data is sent to the NC unit 63, the tool diameter correcting quantity processed arithmetically from data of the cut width or hole diameter is registered in the machining condition, whereby the tool diameter is automatically corrected.</p>
