Dirt deflector for rear windscreen of motor vehicle

The deflector is fitted on the end of the vehicle roof or on the tailgate, depending on model. Of the 70 mm constructional height, 10 mm is used to keep off rain water which the airstream has deposited onto the roof. The remaining 60 mm which narrows down to a 1 mm gap is used to direct airstream onto the upper edge of the windscreen to prevent the depositing of dirt.
