PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange the parking locking mechanism of a master brake pedal and the speed change locking mechanism of a speed change pedal, which simultaneously operate right and left brake devices. SOLUTION: In the speed change locking mechanism which artificially holds the speed change operation tool of a continuously variable speed change device that is energized to a neutral side to an arbitrary speed change position, the speed change locking mechanism which is connected so that the locking is released by the stepping operation of the master brake pedal 10 is arranged on right or left side of the dash board and the parking locking mechanism which can hold the master brake pedal 10 in the stepping position is arranged on the other right or left dash board.
