PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce prokaryotic or eukaryotic cell protein by transforming a host with an expression vector that contains a specific DNA sequence as Escherichia coil phage T5, a DNA sequence coding a polypeptide and a specific DNA sequence in the downstream direction of the transcription and by culturing the transformer host. SOLUTION: A host is transformed with an expression vector including a DNA sequence of ribosome-bonding site-code-synthesis having, in the downstream direction of the transcription, Escherichia coli phage T5 or T7 promoter, a DNA sequence coding polypeptide, and a gram-positive microorganism expression control DNA having E. coli-originating T0 , T1 , T2 or T7 terminator. |
