<p>The cable connector (1) has a clamp lug (3) with an insulating sheathing (6), for securing the cable connector to an electrical conductor (2) via a screw (9). The insulating sheathing has an opening (7) on the opposite side of the clamp lug to the electrical conductor for reception of the screw. The insulating sheath may be provided with a cap (17) which fits over the opening for the clamp screw and which is secured to the remainder of the insulation via a snap-fitting connection.</p> |
