PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller, for supplying generated power from a generating apparatus to a power consuming apparatus, capable of reducing the loss of energy charged in a capacitor apparatus. SOLUTION: Between a capacitor apparatus 3 for charging electric energy from a solar battery 13 and supplying the energy at the time of a power interruption, and an auxiliary capacitor apparatus 3 for supplying electric energy to a power-consuming apparatus 4, a discharge-controlling means 5 with an element having a parasitic diode 16 inside is provided. If the output voltage of the auxiliary capacitor apparatus 3 becomes a certain constant voltage or lower in the vicinity of the operation stop voltage of the power consuming apparatus 4, the discharge-controlling means 5 is turned off by a control signal ϕ2 from a control circuit 7, and a discharge from the capacitor apparatus 2 to the auxiliary capacitor apparatus 3 is interrupted. In the case where the output voltage of the auxiliary capacitor apparatus 3 lowers further after the operation stop of the power-consuming apparatus 4, it becomes possible to suppress the loss of the charged energy of the capacitor apparatus 2 to a minimum, since the discharge from the capacitor apparatus 2 is interrupted. |
